HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE WILL FIT ME BEST?
ur pieces are unisex and fit all. They have a medium fit though - so for men we recommend ordering one size bigger. Or just rock a tighter shirt - you'll look hot either way ;) You can find detailed measurements here
GARMENT & CARE
THERE IS SOMETHING AROUND THE EMBROIDERY ON MY SHIRT
Don't worry! Everything is fine. Since all our embroideries are hand made, sometimes there can be some residue from the ebroidery foil we use. It's water soluble and will disappear with the first wash.
HOW CAN I TAKE THE BEST CARE OF MY BRETTER&STOFF PIECES
Washing instructions are indicated on the label of each product. Most should be washed at 30°C and line-dried (i.e. not in a tumble drier).
As well as helping to protect the environment, following these care instructions will help to ensure the longest life possible for the products. After washing you can tighten the embroidery a little bit in case it looks crumbled.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CERTIFIED?
All our products are certified, and the type of certification depends on the fabric composition.
Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS)
Global Recycled Standard (GRS): This standard applies to all products that are made with recycled fibres, whether recycled cotton or recycled polyester.
OEKO-TEX: This standard guarantees that textiles do not contain harmful chemicals. All our products are OEKO-TEX certified.
PETA: All our products are PETA-certified.
Our producer is also a member of the Fair Wear Foundation to guarantee that all of our products are ethically made.
HOW MUCH PER PIECE GOES TO CHARITY AND WHICH CHARITIES DO YOU SUPPORT?
All our designs evolve around feminism and gender equality - so it's really important to us to give back and support charities in this matter.
That's why at least 5% (sometimes 10%) of our earnings (please check descriptions of products for exact amount) are going to organisations that support women and fight for equal rights.
Right now we're supporting a few different organisations. Please check the descriptions of the products to see if it's linked to a special one.UN Women
: UN Women is the UN organization dedicated to gender equality and the empowerment of women.
If you're a charity or if you know one you think we should support, please send us a mail and let us know. We're always looking for new organisations to support.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE ?
We are doing as fast as we can to have your order on its way to you!
We will ship your order in the following 1 to 3 business day. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Our deliveries are sent during normal business hours. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery (dependant on your delivery destination). Domestic orders are usually way faster.
If you pay with Sofortüberweisung, your order will be shipped 1 to 3 business days after the payment is confirmed. This means it usually takes longer.
Please note, there are possible delays with delivery time frames due to COVID and customs clearance. Please follow your tracking closely for ETA. We appreciate your patience.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN ON MY ITEMS?
All returns must email email@example.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days after purchase. You should receive an email with the returns address. Follow the prompts and our team will be in touch with you once your return has been approved.
We won't accept returns for the following:
Clothes that have been worn, damaged or marked in anyway. Cmon, don’t do that to us! Not cool.
All sales items and TGTLB can unfortunately not be returned.
DO I HAVE TO CARRY THE RETURN SHIPPING COST?
You will need to cover the shipping cost of your return to get back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
