Returns

Can I return products?

We won't accept returns for the following:

Clothes that have been worn, damaged or marked in anyway. Cmon, don’t do that to us! Not cool. 

We process all returns within five days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.

 

You will need to cover the shipping cost of your return to get back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.

 

Do I have to carry the return shipping costs?

Yes, you (the buyer) have to take care of the return shipping costs. 

Will my shipping costs be reimbursed?
